XCAP: better odds, and fees that buy desks
XCAP does two jobs. Holding it improves your odds on every pack at the same price. Trading it pays a creator fee that buys more desks for the shelf. These are the foundations; numbers marked draft can still change before launch.
Luck
Each pack's draw carries a little house padding toward lower-value desks. Holding XCAP cuts that padding. The price and the desks in the pack stay the same, so your payout ratio rises. Your tier is read from your wallet on chain when you open a pack. Live tiers on the House pack today:
| Tier | Hold | Padding cut | Payout ratio | Legendary odds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| No XCAP | — | — | 84.9% | 0.85% |
| Holder | 100,000 XCAP | 10% | 85.4% | 0.98% |
| Whale | 500,000 XCAP | 20% | 86% | 1.12% |
| Desk Lord | 2,000,000 XCAP | 30% | 86.6% | 1.28% |
Fees that buy desks
XCAP launches with its pump.fun creator fee paid to xCanopy. That fee goes to the shelf first: more desks means more packs, and more packs mean more reasons to hold XCAP.

Rules we hold ourselves to
- 1Odds, not price
Luck only changes the draw weights. It never changes a pack's price or the desks inside it.
- 2Published for every tier
Each pack page shows the odds at every luck tier, so you can see what XCAP is worth before you buy any.
- 3Read on chain
Your tier comes from your wallet's balance when you open a pack. Nothing to stake, lock or claim.
- 4Not a share of revenue
XCAP doesn't pay dividends or promise a return. Its fees fund the shelf; what you hold is better odds.
Not decided yet
These are open, and this page will say so until they're settled: total supply and launch allocation, whether any team or treasury allocation exists and how it vests, the final fee split, whether tiers change after launch, and paying for packs in USDC.
