What's real and what's simulated

What runs for real on each deployment, and what doesn't yet.

AreaStatus
Desk art and serialsReal. Each desk's own image, from Arweave.
Floor price, listings, mint cost, stocks in rotationReal while the market indexer runs (Magic Eden and the OTC program on mainnet, every minute). Otherwise a saved snapshot.
Desks in the packsDemo desks with estimated vaults, marked Demo desk. Desks the gacha pool buys come from real listings.
Wallet connection and sign-inReal. The signature is verified. A demo wallet is offered for testing.
Odds, prices, provably fair drawsReal logic. Receipts verify in your browser.
Pack paymentsReal on the preview, in devnet SOL (no value): each pack is an order paid to the treasury and checked on chain before the draw. Simulated in local builds, where no SOL moves.
Desk transfersPrizes on the preview are demo desks; nothing transfers yet.
USDC payments from an EVM walletComing soon. Only offered where payments are simulated, until the server can verify USDC payments.
Coin launches and tradingSimulated on a bonding curve, with bot traders. Buys don't need a balance (up to 1,000 SOL a trade); sells need the tokens.
Venue, hook, pair and basketSaved with the coin. Not acted on yet: every coin uses the same curve and pays holders through sweeps.
Fee split (50% pool, 45% sweep fund, 5% creator)Real logic, booked on every trade. The creator's 5% is counted but not sent.
Sweeps, burns, airdrops, pool restocksSimulated against real listings, with estimated vault values. Airdrops pay the vault's value in SOL.

Everything simulated carries a label: Simulated, No SOL moves, Simulated launch or Demo desk.

Launches, vault reads, desk buys, vault collection, burns and airdrops go through one executor interface, so turning on a real signer later replaces the simulator without changing the pages. Pack payments, desk transfers and creator payouts still need their own on-chain steps.
